FAQ

FAQ

  • Q How can I resolve abnormal noise after installing the fuel pump?

A Check the installation for security, ensure the contact surface between the pump and the fuel tank is flat, and remove any foreign objects. If the noise persists, contact the after-sales team for an on-site inspection or video-guided debugging.
  • Q What should I do if the fuel pump module is incompatible with my vehicle?

A Confirm the product model matches your vehicle and provide the vehicle VIN or specific specifications to after-sales. The technical team will verify compatibility and provide an adaptation plan or a free replacement compatible part.
  • Q What are the possible causes of performance degradation during use (such as insufficient fuel supply)?

A Common causes include a clogged filter, aging motor, and poor electrical connections. We recommend cleaning the filter regularly and avoiding mixing fuels of different grades. If the problem persists, we will inspect and replace the faulty component free of charge.
  • Q How can I properly maintain the electric fuel pump to extend its life?

A Avoid running the vehicle at low fuel levels for extended periods (to reduce the risk of poor heat dissipation in the pump). Regularly clean the fuel lines with the manufacturer's recommended fuel additive. Check the pump seals and electrical connections every 20,000 kilometers.
  • Q How do I request a return or exchange for a product quality issue?

A Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours and arrange for pickup and inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be quality-related, we will complete a free return or exchange within 7 business days, and cover all shipping costs.
  • Q How does the technical support team provide remote assistance?

A We provide basic troubleshooting guidance via phone or video, or remotely read fault codes using professional diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the issue and provide a solution. For complex issues, we can arrange for an engineer to visit you.
  • Q What is the warranty period for fuel pumps and module assemblies?

A Depending on the product series, the warranty period ranges from 1 to 3 years, with an extended warranty of up to 5 years for core components (such as motors and sensors). Repairs or replacements are free during the warranty period, and repairs are at cost outside of the warranty period.
